Exam topic help

Hey:
Is the development of custom tags part of the exam? (1Z0899).
Im confused with this, cause im reading the Charles Lyons Book (OCEJWCD Study Companion, 2012) and it has a whole chapter with tag development, but i cant see that topic in oracle's site.

Is the development of custom tags part of the exam? (1Z0899).

I believe they are still part of the exam but less extensive if you compare it to the old exam. Just check some of the certification results ( and check the three mentioned in the ScwcdLinks )
