Thank you for helping me with my Java projects related to my Advance Java class. This website is one of the best, thanks to the relaxed atmosphere and the good people who run it and also those who use it.

Could you help me with another issue?

I installed the Java Android Developer Tools Bundle yesterday ADT and I am having trouble running it. Everytime that I try to use the website for the tutorial from within the program I receive an error message labeled "android.com is not responding".

Here is a little bit of history of my installation.

I downloaded the file adt-bundle-windows
extracted it and put it in a folder named development in my home directory
clicked it and selected eclipse
clicked the eclipse run
The program starts up and runs in an Internet explorer window.
There is a button named build your first app and other buttons on this page and whenever I click on one of these buttons or try to do anything on this page I get an error message "android.com is not responding".
If I were to find this page from Firefox the tutorial works fine but for some reason whenever I launch ADT it opens up in internet explorer.

Can you make a recommendation? Should I be launching ADT in something other that IE? If so, Firefox or Chrome? How do I do this? I am not even an IE user. I use Firefox but have Chrome. I tried to launch ADT in chrome by setting it as my default browser but ADT still launches in IE.

I hope that explained myself well enough for comprehension?
It all boils down to if ADT is designed to run in a browser How do I select which browser to run it in?

Thanks,
Jim
