Hey,

I wanted to know which dimension of a tablet device is considered as its width, the longer one or the shorter one?

That's probably partly personal preference, but commonly a tablet is considered a portrait device - so the height would be the larger number.

That is exactly my point. If I write-

Which dimension will I get, the longer one or the shorter one?

Maneesh,

I don't have a physical tablet and when I tried to run it on an emulator, the emulator itself was giving errors, probably due to some problems in the emulator itself but, anyway.
