How to fill out a form on a remote html-page and submit it via post request?

I can not perform changes on the page itself. And I would like to inspect the response that comes.

I tried this for a start, but I am not sure how much sense it makes anyway:

I use Apache HTTP Component's HTTP Client to "fill out" the form and do a POST-request and Jsoup to inspect the response:
