is there any existing java code library? I can't write a slightly complex program

is there any existing java code library,i can't write a slightly complex program ,such as send and receive a file over a socket , send an email etc

There are many libraries for Java, including many that deal with sockets in one way or another.

However, your question is extremely vague and makes no sense.

If the question is whether (both TCP and UDP) sockets are covered by the standard Java APIs then the reply is yes.

Not only is there a sockets library, but there is also a tutorial. That will probably help a lot.
