can we get a code from APK file

The question is generally moot, since if you don't have the source code for said APK to begin with, you most likely wouldn't have the rights to use it. What prompted this question?

Using ProGuard as part of the build (like you would do for a release build) helps.

As to #3, we're not going to discuss potentially breaking the law in these forums.

By the way, are you sure this person is really a "friend" of yours, if you suspect him of attempting to steal your intellectual property?
