i create thispost to ask for an book who can give us the steps to follow to create a java jee application, like the case for some frensh book, do you know any book talking about creation of jee application from scratch ?

this is a big field and I'd suggest that you decide on which specific technologies you may want to undertake.
Java EE Night Hacks is one book that I'll recommend for getting started but since you are looking for an application from scratch, I'll suggest Learning play framework for you.
