What time do you wake up early Morning?..
Is it true that waking up 5:00 Am in the morninh is the best time to wake up?.....

If yes what routine should be followed once you wake up? Shall we first take shower bath or shall we first do morning excercise?

That would really depend on a lot of factors. If I have to work from 4p to midnight, getting up at 5 is probably NOT a very good time. And if i have to be at work at 5:15, it's again not a very good time.

I'm a creature of habit. Weekdays, it's 5:30 every morning, to work before 7:30. On the weekends I might sleep in until 7:30 or 8:00. Then it's off to bed by 10:30.

The days of staying up until 1:00am on the computer are far behind me. I can actually remember nights when I stayed up so late I didn't realize what time it was until I heard the birds chirping outside. That was back during my BBS days. That's Bulletin Board System for you young whipper-snappers. It's something that existed long before the internet was available to the public.

Wow. 5am is early.

There's no one morning routine. I do as little as possible in the morning. I shower the night before. I don't exercise in the morning. Or at least, I don't call it that. I do walk from the subway to my office in the "not the most direct" way possible. I do eat breakfast every day.

This reminds me of one of my favorite lists. Especially the one about "Real Programmers don't work 9 to 5. If there are any programmers in the office at 9 it's because they were there all night."

I have (VERY) recently started running - trying to lose a little weight. I don't like hot. I get up at 5, exercise for about 30 minutes, relax for about 30, then start getting ready to go to work.

If waking time had got anything whatsoever to do with success, then news paper boys and milkmen would be the most successful
