If you have done the insertion part, what problem are you facing with delete? It's the same approach, submit the request to servlet with the id, delete the record and send the response back to the client.

Hi,

When user clicks on Insert/Update/Delete, what happens? Where are the DB operations handled?
The source from where the customer records are fetched and displayed on JSP, shjould also get corresponding Ids and make available as hidden parameters on the JSP.
Using javascript. you can pass that Id for updation/deletion logic.

Let me know if you have further questions and post the code of related files.
