How to prepare for Java written test conduct by company during the recruitment process

hi friends ,

I have 2.3 years experience in Java...I am looking for a job change.I want to know how to prepare for the written test conducted by company during recruitment process.I have found no material regarding this issue please let me know how can i crack the companies written test .....

By "cracking", I am going to assume you mean passing -- I am not up to speed on the latest jargon, so who knows?

Anyway, I would recommend doing research on the company. Do they specialize on a particular product? Do they specialize on a particular field? If so, perhaps you can practice on the topics related to the particular product or field.

There's a book called Cracking the Coding Interview. I read one of the author's other books and it was a good read. Personally, I read a previous edition of Programming Interviews exposed which had a lot of data structure type questions.

"cracking" is a word that sometimes has bad connotations, but not always.
