Hello everybady
login + password are correct but i get always this :
WARNING: WEB9102: Web Login Failed: com.sun.enterprise.security.auth.login.common.LoginException: Login failed: Echec de la connexion de fichier pour M1.

What I can do please ???

This could help a bit if you can translate it to English:

"Echec de la connexion de fichier pour M1"

Since its indicating the source of problem. What's the platform you are using for creating jdbcRealm? GlassFish or Tomcat or something else?
