If the second scenario is invalid then I can skip easily, if not then will it be a concern for me if the HR of the next organization asks me why you did not informed your previous organization about your prior (very first) experience?
While checking that 4 months experience certificate from my previous company, I found that they have only mentioned the dates during which I served for them (may be at that time I did not had any previous exp, hence they ignored that).
