Problem starting Tomcat on Win7

i m having windows7 os...
when i run tomcat7.exe from "C:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Apache Tomcat 7.0.14\bin\" i get the following msg;

the system cant find the registry key for the service 'tomcat7'
load configuration failed
the system cant find the file specified
commons daemon procrun failed with exit value : 2

You can try 'catalina.bat run' to start Tomcat.
