Welcome guys!

I'll admit I have become somewhat obsessed with embedded development recently, so a chance to discuss Arduino and stuff here sounds like fun!

Perfect timing - a friend gave me a link to a couple of Arduino related items on Kickstarter so of course I jumped in with both feet and with no clue as to what I'm doing. But the prospects of Arduino combined with the speed at which new gadgets are showing up on the market definitely make this book something I'd like to have. Winning it would make my Friday. Only wish I didn't have to work 9-5 so I could spend all my time playing with this stuff.

Greetings guys and welcome to the Ranch,

While I wish you success with your new book, I can also say that I know at least one person who will be picking it up as soon as he can get it on his tablet (e.g. tomorrow ;) hehe).

Enjoy your time here and come back to visit often after the promo is done.

Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
