You will need to rephrase your problem.
Send IP where? What gets changed? The client? Client IP? Anything else?
Since you explicitly mention Mac OS, is there any special dependency?

To obtain the IP address of the machine on which your Java code is running, you can use InetAddress

Hello Maneesh,

Sorry for my lack of explanation.

There can be several reasons that may be responsible for IP address to get changed on a client-pc. For example, I changed my laptop's network configuration from wired connection to wireless connection.

Using Java Platform, I want to receive events when-ever there is change in NetWork-Interface (IP-Address of laptop).

I found .Net equivalent for the same http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/system.net.networkinformation.networkchange.networkaddresschanged.aspx. But nothing for JAVA.

I hope above explanation clarifies the things.

Thanks

Regards,

Hardik Shah
