Struts action runs correctly on calling from URL but gives action not available on calling from HTML

I created Struts action and am able to call the action using url http://localhost:8080/Temp/example/index1.action .This works fine .

But if i call the same page using

It does not work and says " The requested resource (/index1.action) is not available.".

However directly calling "http://localhost:8080/Temp/example/index1.action" works fine.What can be the reason.Thanks

Thanks I resolved it.it is working fine now. I tried the same one more time and it woked.There was no change in code but just i restarted and it worked.thanks

I guess forward would be a better choice than redirect as you are not trying to send request to other resource located outside of your server.
