Error in creating the custom-tag for showing the current System date  RSS feed

I am getting an Error in creating the custom-tag for showing the current System date .............it says cannot parse this /My but i already mentioned it in web.xml

What is your directory structure ?

Saif my directory structure is /WEB-INF/tlds/mydate.tld and i already register this URI of MY in WEB.xml here is the code...

1st= this below is web.xml



2nd this below is mydate.tld






3rd = this below is MyDate1.java (which is my bean class)





4th= last is index.jsp







And also do tell me how to upload a rar file in this blog because writing JSP programs in here is a very hectique task.. thanks and also do resolve above problem

i found two faults in your declaration.

1. Name of your class and the one in tld varies change it.

2. In your jsp uri need to have the location of your custom tld .

then you can access it using your perix say m:your tag name
