my requirement is to display and edit all ms office documents in browser, is it possible ? is there any java api to handle this task?

if possible kindly send me the link .....

I believe if you have MS Office installed, and are using then IE, then this is possible. But not using others browsers or operating systems (and Java has in any case nothing to do with it). But Office does such a good job letting you edit Office files, that it begs the question: what is the underlying problem you're trying to solve?
