Where are you stuck? Also, how will your framework be better than the hundreds of already existing ones?

You can make an MVC framework using raw servlets and JSP , but then as Armitage asked, how do you justify the fact that your framework will be better than the others that already exist and are already used by millions of organizations all over the world.
