I dont think there is an appropriate forum for discussing Junit. So I request for a new forum.

Well indeed I saw some questions on JUnit in this forum, read the title of the GiveAway book which had "Junit" in its title.
In fact, I haven't got the slighest idea of what Jakarta is .

The best thing since sliced bread, and a Java spin-off from the Apache project (who gave us the world's most popular web server). Jakarta itself consists of a large number of subprojects.
While you're at it, don't forget to take a look at the Apache XML projects!
