How to learn spring and hibernate after working in Groovy in Grails for 1 year

Hi friends,

I am working in groovy in Grails which is built up on spring framework.but all those internal wiring is done automatically by grails framework.I want to learn the internal wiring in springs.Can any one suggest me which is the best way

Spring framework official documentation is pretty extensive. If you are in mood to spend some money, then get "Spring in Action 3/4 Edition".
