Spring4gwt reports that bean is not found

I am receiving this error even though i have enabled commponent scan and annotation config .

All my package start with ne.projl. I've stripped my project to a bare minimum and still can't understand what the deal is with this bean-not-found issue.
Please help, any clue you provide is invaluable. Thanks

I have tried despite the annotations to manually add the beans in the application context like so:



And i get errors like the ones below.If i uncomment poicategdao i still get the same errors like below. HELP!
