How can i create a .mainfest file


i am a leaner please help me

If you are using eclipse, which ever project you want to create a jar file if you select export option for that project and follow the steps IDE will create the manifest file within the jar. Later you can edit the manifest file to include the main class if required

Manually you can create a file with .MF extention "MANIFEST.MF" and palce it inside META-INF folder

no, i want to create mainfest & jar file from notepad.... so please help me

The link Darryl supplied tells you all about manifest files. If there is something in the tutorial you don't understand then please ask a specific question and we will try to help.

Note that they are called manifest files, not mainfest files.
 
Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
