Hi i have a thought that
" i have a laptop which shared by a group of people, and i want some application/program(which i need to develop) to run whenever someone logged into
laptop and it needs to log the details like at login time and loguot time"

But i am not getting by using which concept we can do this requirement in Java

can somebody help please

Surely if you have admin rights on the laptop OS then you could just view the system logs to see this kind of information.

Yup, implementing something yourself, especially in Java, would not seem the right tool for this.

You could put an "icon" or the like into the place which controls what is started for every user. This is rather an OS problem than a Java one. I have no idea about the logout event.

But perusing the system event log might be the really good way to attack this problem.
