Either the reference documentation or a book like "Spring in Action" can be used to study. Just have a copy of the objectives near you. I wrote up a detailed guide to the topics for review/so you know what to focus on along with information about the exam.

Note that you are required to take a class before taking the certification exam. This class matches the scope of what is on the exam.
