Why do not I receive email notifications when answer is posted?

Hello!

A few days ago I stopped receiving email notifications after someone's answer.
I do reply. Then somebody else does another reply after mine and I want to have email sent whenever reply is posted.

I do not receive emails after someone's replies at all. But I replied before...

Check your profile under preferences. There is an option called "Send e-mail notification when posts get answered:" Check if that is set to Yes

Also, when you reply to a post, there is a check box that says "Notify when a reply is posted". Make sure you aren't unchecking it

I checked "Send e-mail notification when posts get answered:" twice and it is set to Yes

I also have by default for a long time option "Notify when a reply is posted" checked(selected)

It always worked but it stopped working.

I took a look in the log file, and I see that we are sending emails to you. 12 already today.

Jayesh responded to you at 07:36:16 Ranch time. I can see the following two messages in the log file related to this:

The first is when we sent the email, and the second is the when your email provider acknowledged that they had received and processed it.

Perhaps it is in your spam folder? Or your email provider is considering it to be spam?

I am sorry. You are right - all emails are in my spam folder because I unintentionally markes all emails from JavaRanch as spam.
