call stops at middle

below is code for to call numbers in a list.when user click it calls that no.But call breaks before ringing?i mean it doesn't really call that no.But it shows calling.Why ?

its fine.Not cal is working fine.I have another issue now.My list view shows several numbers.But when i click one number it works fine.But after that i am unable to call other numbers on the list.They are not functioning.why ?
