Getting error as "JMSException: Failed to create queue connection"

Hi,
I am using RAD 7.5.3 and WAS 7.0. I am getting the following error after when I Login to my application.

javax.jms.JMSException: Failed to create queue connection

I have given proper enteries for Queue and Queue Connection Factories. I have also tried using the same Server.xml and Resources.xml in a different PC , by changing the workspace path. It works fine there.Kindly assist to resolve
