Database security controls.

+Pie Number of slices to send: Send
Our user lately added an additional requirement for our project which is security control / privileges.
I wonder, if I use MariaDB, must I add the passwords into a table and encrypt that table.
So that when the password are gone, the data is destroyed along with it
Any ideas?
Thanks
Jack

Don't pust the passwords in the table. Create a one way hash and put that in the table. YOu don't want the password in plain text anywhere.

I'm not sure what you mean by destroying the data.
