How can I know? I don't know what Tegel class is and what it does (or is supposed to do)! Can you tell us?
BTW, it's not a method. It's a constructor.

And please UseCodeTags (<-- click).

@Dana: I've added them for you this time, but please read the link that Pawel supplied. Carefully.

And Pawel is quite right. We can't possibly have any idea of what this method is supposed to do because you haven't shown it to us.

With the information you provided I can't help you.
We don't know what the class Tegel does the same way you don't know that.
If you don't have access to the source code of this class, you might try to decompile it (I assume you have .class or .jar file(s)).
Why are you using a class that does not have any documentation (if it had you would know what it does) and without having access to its source code?

You might also run it in a loop (e.g. from 0 to 10) and show us the output and we might guess what the class does.
But that wll only be a guess...

Dana, don't give up! The very point of learning is to explore things you don't know so you will eventually know them
But I won't insist. It's up to you. Can you at least tell me why do you need to use some class that you know nothing about? If you don't know what the class does why do you try to use it?
And I'm talking about not knowing WHAT a class does, not HOW a class does its job. In object oriented programming, you don't need to know HOW a class does its job, but you need to know at least WHAT a class' job is.
