implement Image share android

I have a photo editing app, and i want to implement a share button inside it...

eg: when a user is done and presses SHARE, a list of apps appear and then a user can share the image... like what we see in many editors these days,

i searched the net and i got some snippets, but these are for text sharing...

Intent i=new Intent(android.content.Intent.ACTION_SEND);
			i.setType("text/plain");
			i.putExtra(android.content.Intent.EXTRA_SUBJECT,"Subject test");
			i.putExtra(android.content.Intent.EXTRA_TEXT, "extra text that you want to put");
			startActivity(Intent.createChooser(i,"Share via"));

now, i want to know how to change the mime type as well as where to insert the URI of the image in order to share it...
