Welcome S G Ganesh & Tushar Sharma,

I got this book last week and have started preparing for the certification. So far I liked your approach of providing FAQ's. Will post my reviews and questions as I make progress ..

Hi Mr. Kowalski,

We have maintained an errata document on our blog where a lot of readers have posted mistakes. Anybody can download the document from our errata page. The good news is that we are working to fix all the reported mistakes and a new version will be available very soon.

If you passed OCAJP 7 and looking for OCPJP 7 then this book is precisely for you. This book is designed for exams 1Z0-804 and 1Z0-805 i.e. OCPJP 7 and OCPJP 7 upgrade exam.

Why you should buy this book? Here is the answer:
-it covers all the exam topics for OCPJP 7 with required depth
-the first chapter (FAQs chapter) clears very basic questions that you may have related with the exam
-second chapter presents a pretest which you can use to know where your preparation stands initially and where you need to put more effort
-each topic is explained using a lot of examples with many corner-cases covered
-after each chapter, a set of questions are presented to quickly test what you just learnt
-"Points to remember" is a very important and interesting section that lists corner cases and tricky elements with respect to the topic
-the book comes with two full-size mock-tests (90 questions each) which gauge your preparedness for the actual exam

I hope, these many reasons are enough for you to be convinced about the book
