I am writing demo application. If I double-click at JTable it should info about it.

If I slow (not so much) double-click is OK, buf if I fast double-click, it is counts as one click. It is Swing error?
My application is in SourceForge - project in demo directory.

Second objection: If I resize frame, it slow updates controls sizes and positions - If I size down then not updated until mouse stop moving. Maybe it is intentionally for slow computers? but how change this bahavior?

I doubt it is a "Swing error" The JVM eventually relies on the underlying OS for such kind of data input.
If you are trying to figure out the row selection using the mouse clicks, the recommended way to do it is to rely on the selection model. More about it here http://docs.oracle.com/javase/tutorial/uiswing/components/table.html#selection

It is not any intentional behavior. Looks like you are running the application on a slow machine. Which could explain the click count issue

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
