Near the beginning of the sample chapter, there's a reminder that we can get started with Kanban any time, and in another thread you made the statement that Kanban can work with any agile process.
I'm wondering though if it makes sense for teams that are moving to an agile process to add Kanben to the mix, or if it works better to let them get familiar with whatever process they're moving to and then add Kanban?
