How does a moderator delete messages? (Its not obvious.) Also, can a regular user delete his/her own messages?

Direct your browser to
www.eporkchop.com/ubb/cp.html
This will give you the control panel. You should then be able to find the stuff to delete or edit messages as a moderator.
I think that a regular user can edit his/her own messages but not delete them.
