Hi I am using WAS 6.1 version. While starting the server I checked with systemout.log but I am getting error like below. Please help to find out the problem.

You should try and restart your Websphere server instance, maybe cleaning up your log files, and then analyze carefully the log. I'm pretty sure you'll find a log entry which describes better the problem occurred,
the log message you reported simply warns you that something went wrong, but not what went wrong.
