The following are the resources that I am using and would recommend:

OCEJWCD-Study-Companion-Certified-Component

but its not avaliable in ebook format but the following is

Servlets and JSP

The official specifications are very easy to read and in my opinion easier to read than some books I have read.

Servlet 3 specifications

JSP 2 specifications

JSTL 1.2 specifications

Good luck
