how do you add a default css background color to all .jsp pages?

Hi I created something that looks like this below. Question is, how do I make it a default background color for all my pages // ec1 and ec2 and whats inside it?

rather then having to do




to every single folder I have
css.JPG

my index .css file and folders

Add the style rule to the styles.css file and then include it in each page with a <link> element in the <head> element.
