I have list of tasks to be done.So I have created batch file.

In the above 4 lines of code line 1 , 2 ,3 are executed properly. But after completing line 3 task process did not return back to line 4.
ExecDB2Cmd.bat contains this command

which will do DB related tasks. But after that it does not return to line 4 of initial process. Any idea? is it because of "cpau" usage?

I don't know what "cpau" is so I can't tell you if that is the problem. But if the bat file ExecDB2Cmd.bat (or another bat file that is called by that bat file) contains an "exit" command, then control will not return to your batch file.

Does ExecDB2Cmd.bat contain an "exit" command? Change it to "exit /b".

CPAU is Command line tool for starting process in alternate security context. Basically this is a runas replacement. Also allows you to create job files and encode the id, password, and command line in a file so it can be used by normal users.

ExecDB2Cmd.bat does not contain exit command
