Dear All,

Does Crystal reports Works in linux,unix environment.I had been trying in jasper,ireports for a long time,but they don't support crosstab reports. That's why i plan to switch to Crystal Reports.Can anybody tell me whether crystal reports Works in Linux,Unix.If it works can anybody tell me the version of it.

Let me guess, you didn't even bother to look at the Crystal Reports website for this? Did you do any research on this at all? Took my 15 seconds to find the answer. Probably is taking me about 2 minutes to tell you. See how much time you could have saved?

that's not the whole story. The java stuff lets you ACCESS Crystal Reports from a java platform; it doesn't let you CREATE reports. You need a Windows server to host the report creation part.

Have u tried JFree report. It seems good after playing around with it.
