Word Doc to PDF

Hi all,

I am looking for a Java API to convert Word Doc to PDF file. I am trying out iText. There are lot of complications as far as Word doc is concerned and it affects the system performance greatly. Hence, can anybody suggest me a good API to convert Word Doc to PDF or any jar file which can parse Word Document file and return as a text file.
