using socket how can i send file to server... scenario is client will create the file and send it to server.. server reads the file and deletes the file..... please help me...........

The answer lies in your question itself - "Socket".

Have you written any code/steps as in how you would achieve it?

Well, FTP is the usual method for stuff like that, and there are plenty of Java libraries around for it.

What have you tried? I'm afraid nobody here is going to write your code for you.
