Hi,
I am trying to use lucene_4.5.0 library. But i am stuck at the exception : org.apache.lucene.store.AlreadyClosedException: this IndexWriter is closed

The code is like --



Also which version of lucene is recommended for use as there is less information is available for new version (the problem is that most of the old methods are depricated). Apart from the lucene docs where can i find the simple examples about lucene.

Hi, I figured out what the problem is , it is due to i was closing index writer inside the loop.
Anyways thanks.
