Hi Joel,

I have the Murach Java book and the Murach Servlets and JSP book ( two copies , one at home, one at work). I really appreciate the fact that the books include downloads for entire projects so I can learn by following existing code that works and uses best practices.

I learned Java to write JEE applications for databases that I manage. I do not have any experience with mobile apps.

You have not mentioned needing JEE experience in any of your previous answers. Is writing Android more like writing a web application or closer to writing a desktop application?
