I have two SOAP services on the public internet written in C# with Visual Studio: an authentication service and a domain service.
I have a C# WPF client that uses a Visual Studio studio generated SOAP proxy. It calls the authentication service's login function and extracts the session cookie and uses this session cookie in subsequent calls to the domain service. This works!

Now how do I do this in java?
I have used wsimport to successfully generate two proxies in my Java client. Apparently I can successfully login into the authentication service with my new java client because it is not throwing any exceptions.
Now how do I extract that session cookie from the headers so I can use it to call the domain service?

How do I add that session cookie to the headers when calling the domain service?
I'm THIS CLOSE to ruling the world! Right after reading this tiny ad:
