Start a little first with the windows and containers like JFrame and JPanel. Then with JLabel, JButton, JTextField, etc. Then learn how to use layout managers (FlowLayout, GridBagLayout, etc).
Then learn how to use EDT (event dispatching thread), SwingUtilities, GUI paiting principles, etc.

Step by step then you will be able to build such professional GUI.
