Help ;rotation about the center of circle made of arc

i want to rotate my arc about it's center like London eye but it's just there is sth wrong

I'd love to help. The code is just too long and involved to spend the time it would take. In order to maximize the odds someone will look at your problem, gotta do this:


Finally, note that most people won't even try to read your code if you post much more than about 15 to 20 lines. Before you post your entire program and say "what's wrong with this?", try to isolate the portion where the problem lies and just post that.



Come back with something more concrete and shorter and I'll take it up... a deal?

thanks for tellin me that ,i resolved the problem with my teacher ,
