Hi
as I looked to some Portal System when i tried for selecting a portal system for a small-mid scale system.
I suggest you look at
1-exoPlatform : http://exoplatform.org/
2-StringBeans : http://www.nabh.com/
3-Liferay : http://www.liferay.com/

I decide to use StringBeans , as it support struts portlet +true internationalization . and some other features which i need

Hope it helps
