Hello everyone,

About a year ago a started a blog on how to help teams transition towards agile development. I know there are many blogs out there speaking about the wonders of agile development, but it always seemed to me that they were targeted at teams that already run agile methodologies and want to fine tune them, so I wanted to do something targeted at teams that don't do agile at all and want to start doing it. The address is:

I cover all sorts of topics, from recruitment to development to why you would want to do agile at all, but I don't know how useful this is for other people. I would appreciate all sorts of feedback, either here as replies in the forum or at the blog itself as comments.

Many thanks!
