any body can please tell me what is the problem when compiling the RSA program the following error occurs

The java command (which you are using) does not compile but executes. To compile, use the javac command. Javac will compile and generates the class files. Since you skipped this step, there are no class files found to execute, and thus the error

It means you need to start by reading about Java basics like how to set the classpath when running or compiling code before writing GUI programs or RSA algorithms. This can get you started: http://docs.oracle.com/javase/7/docs/technotes/tools/windows/classpath.html
